Approved accounts are required to purchase clinical-grade products and it’s super easy to get an approved account. Once you have an approved account you will be able to purchase any of the products on our website with just a few clicks.

1.  Create an Account on This Website

Only account holders can be upgraded to “Approved” status. (To protect your privacy and the security of our website, password requirements are strict.) If you already have an account you can log in and proceed to the next step.

2.  Complete the Request Approval Form

Click on the Need Approval box of the My Account page to request approval. The approval process can take up to two business days to complete.

3. Shop for Products

Once you are approved you need to be logged into your account to add clinical-grade products to the shopping cart.
