Methods of Payment :

We accept major credit cards and cash. Gratuity is at your discretion and it is not included in any treatment or package price.

Booking Appointments:

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to fill out your paper work. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early.
A valid credit card is required to book your appointment.

Late Policy:

A 5 minute grace period if given for late appointments.
Any subsequent tardiness is deducted from your appointment of 90 mins maximum.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be seen.

Cancelation Policy

When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, please give us 48 hours notice.

Reservation canceled with less than 48 hours notice or No shows , Your credit card will be charged of fee of 100% of services booked.
This cancelation policy enables us to schedule another client and in turn, maintain a higher availability of our service for you as well as others. We pride ourselves in being able to accommodate the specific needs and requests of all of our clients, while continuing to provide high-level customized treatments and a wonderful service.

Your support of this booking policy will enable us to continue our record of outstanding customer service.

Any information provided on this site (i.e.name,address,email,phone number and credit card) when you request information or book an appointment is confidential and only used to deliver information about services to you.

Products

Methods of Payment :

We accept major credit cards and cash at our clinic. For products purchased online we accept PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can pay with your credit card through PayPal.

Return Policy:

Only sealed Face Reality products may be returned , No exception . please contact us within 14 days of purchase . While we do not offer refunds, you may return any Face Reality product within 14 days for an online credit to use the next time you shop with us. . Once we receive your items, we will email you a credit code to use when purchasing new products online. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please take care in packing items authorized for return. Please pack items for return in a box, not an envelope, to ensure safe delivery. Be sure to include:
-Receipt (required: original or copy)
-Email address used on the order
-Reason for the return (we appreciate feedback!)
